Method & limitations
Start from a planned working load, or select 40–90% of an estimated maximum to define it. The template uses 40/60/80/90% of that working load—not percentages of your maximum—with 8/5/3/1 reps and 45/60/90/120 seconds of rest. These are editable planning heuristics, not validated individualized prescriptions. Warm-up percentages must rise, stay below 100%, and reps must not rise. At 85% or more of working load, at most three reps are allowed. Loads are fitted at or below target to your plate inventory; targets below the bar become an explicitly labeled bare-bar step. Duplicate loads and steps equal to the working load are omitted. Gaps exceeding 25% of working load are flagged for review, not claimed safe. Calculated planning targets are truncated to six decimals. Adjust for the exercise, experience, fatigue, pain and equipment; do not test repeated maxima.
Displayed values are rounded to at most six decimal places unless otherwise noted. Plate totals are calculated from your entered equipment, not from rounded display values.
Software limits are input guardrails, not a declaration that a load is safe for you. Stop for pain; do not chase a number at the expense of technique.
Your inputs stay in this tab. No uploads, saved profiles, tracking or registration. Static tools work offline after a successful online visit and cache installation.
