All calculator computations run on your device. An optional waitlist sends your email, chosen language, signup time, and consent version to Cloudflare D1 when signup is configured. No app account is created. Public calculators do not upload workout or calculator inputs. An optional authenticated Strength Index pilot can store athlete profile revisions, performances, calculation histories and reviewer decisions in D1, and private evidence in a separate R2 bucket, only when configured. See ranking data and evidence policy. Exercise-library search and filters run on your device; searches are not saved or sent to our server.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features used, MONTE WO may collect account details, profile information, workout records, strength scores, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.

Public app accounts and shared leaderboards are planned features. A restricted ranking pilot can accept provisioned athlete profiles and submitted performance/evidence records when activated; it is not the full workout-logging app. The policy must be updated before their data practices change.
2. How We Use Information
Information may be used to manage accounts, calculate rankings, track progress, improve platform performance, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests.
For this release, your email is used for the optional Monte Wo launch waitlist and related launch updates. Signup requires an unchecked-by-default consent box. You may withdraw consent by contacting us from the address used to sign up. We do not sell the waitlist or use this website for targeted advertising. The website does not send automatic confirmation emails.
3. Sharing and Security
Information may be processed by service providers that support MONTE WO or disclosed when legally required. Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The website uses Cloudflare Pages and Workers for hosting, D1 for the configured waitlist, Turnstile for signup abuse prevention, and optionally R2 for public exercise media. Email you send is also processed by the operator’s email provider. Service providers may process data outside your country. No public API exposes the waitlist, and no email address is placed in the signup URL.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operational, security, and legal purposes. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Waitlist records are retained while the prelaunch list is in use, unless you withdraw consent or request deletion sooner, subject to legally required retention. The operator should remove the list when it is no longer needed. Hourly rate-limit records expire logically after the hour and stale entries are removed on subsequent valid signup requests. Local preferences and cached files remain until you clear them or your browser removes them.
To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of waitlist consent, email Montewo@vitaflexbusinessgroup.com. We may need to verify that you control the relevant email address. Response deadlines and any required retention depend on applicable law. Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups under the provider’s retention arrangements.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
MONTE WO may use essential technologies to support platform functionality. Third-party services may operate under their own privacy policies.
This build uses local storage for preferences and service-worker caches for offline site files and viewed exercise media. No analytics SDK, advertising pixel, social-media embed, or nonessential tracking cookie is included. When the waitlist is configured, Turnstile is loaded on the signup page to protect the form. The main calculator does not require Turnstile. External links and your email app operate outside this site.
6. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated as MONTE WO develops. The latest version will be published on the platform.
The launch waitlist records consent version 2026-10-11-v1. Material changes in collection or use should be explained before the changed processing begins, with new consent where required.
