What is Monte Wo?
Monte Wo is a strength-ranking experience managed by VitaFlex Business Group. This website and demo calculator are the first step; the native app is in development.
What is MONTE WO Strength Index™?
Our discipline-specific strength methodology. Barbell Squat, Barbell Bench Press, Barbell Deadlift and Strict Biceps Curl are independent. All launch thresholds are DRAFT — NOT OFFICIAL. No ranks are granted for attendance, streaks or time using the app.
What are the nine ranks?
Debitan, Bati, Solid, Fò, Avanse, Mèt, Chanpyon, Titan, and Lejand. Explore the full ladder and methodology.
Can I download the app?
Not yet. There are no App Store or Google Play releases linked here. Join the launch waitlist to express interest. Adding this website to your home screen is not the same as installing a native app.
Is the calculator free?
Yes. The six free tools and the educational practice calculator can be used without an account. Pricing for future app features has not been announced.
What works offline?
After an online visit and successful service-worker installation, cached website pages and the calculator can reopen offline in a supported browser. Waitlist signups and sending email require internet. Exercise animations must load online before they can be cached. Browser storage may be cleared or evicted.
Where are the exercise GIFs?
The library currently has static illustrations. Animated form guides will be added after the media is supplied and reviewed. Static illustrations are not form demonstrations.
Will joining the waitlist create an account?
No. It saves a launch-interest signup, not an app account. The form records your email, language, signup time, and consent version. It does not upload calculator inputs. No automatic confirmation email is sent by this website.
How do I leave the waitlist or delete my data?
Follow the Delete Account & Data instructions. Email us from the address you used to sign up. You can separately clear calculator preferences and cached files on your own device.
Are my scores medical advice?
No. Rankings are informational and do not guarantee performance. Use manageable loads and seek qualified guidance where appropriate. Do not attempt unsafe weights to chase a rank.
Which languages are supported?
The homepage and calculator support English, Kreyòl Ayisyen, and French. The company pages and Phase 2 tool pages are currently published in English. The rank names stay in Kreyòl as the brand signature.
